Focus on Existing US Based Brine Producers

  • Standard Lithium is partnering with existing US based brine producers. The company’s strategic relationship with licensed brine producer National Chloride, at Bristol Dry Lake located in the Mojave region of California, allows Standard Lithium immediate access to conduct exploration brine sampling and extraction, evaporation and processing activities, and enable a fast-tracked project development schedule.


  • Standard Lithium has successfully raised $12 million of equity financing from investors to date. The company’s management and advisors include highly experienced investors and prominent corporate finance experts who have previously raised hundreds of millions of dollars.


  • U.S. Energy Security 2.0 – geopolitically secure U.S. lithium brine exploration and development assets.
  • Strategy to consolidate the most prospective lithium assets in the U.S. with a clear path to proving up resources, reserves and establishing economic viability.  
  • Completed CAD$12.4 Mil equity financing in 1H 2017, to advance the Bristol Dry Lake and pursue further strategic acquisitions in the U.S. lithium space.
  • Brownfield projects located in known mineral districts with permitted, existing commercial production of industrial minerals expected to facilitate cost-effective exploration programs to quickly move projects into higher-value development stages.
  • Partnerships with large industrial mineral companies with large-scale production and infrastructure expected to reduce timelines and budgets required to complete lithium brine exploration and development programs and quickly add resources to the books.
  • Maiden National Instrument 43-101 Inferred Resource Report on the Bristol Dry Lake lithium brine project scheduled for 1H 2018
