At Standard Lithium, we're proud to be a part of the communities we operate in. Our commitment is to actively make a positive difference in the lives of the people around us. Whether it's through supporting local initiatives, creating job opportunities, or offering a helping hand, we are fully dedicated to rolling up our sleeves and getting involved. Our mission is to contribute to the vibrancy and growth of our communities and we're excited to be on this journey of making a lasting impact.

Through collaboration with local universities and colleges, we are establishing initiatives to help train the workforce required to build, run and maintain our facilities. We are also committed to fostering earlier education and career development through STEM mentorship and program participation in the local primary and high schools. 

Through sponsorships and volunteering time, we aim to be a catalyst for the communities in which we work and live.  We are proud to showcase our teams' activities and participation in the local arena.
