David Park is a highly experienced executive with a strong energy and industrial sector background, with over 28 years of increasingly responsibilities at various Koch entities, most recently serving as President, Koch Strategic Platforms. Previously, Mr. Park was Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development of Georgia-Pacific, LLC, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, where his responsibilities included new platform acquisitions. He served as President of TrueNorth Energy and CFO of Koch’s Canadian exploration and production, pipeline, and energy trading business at Koch Exploration. Early in his career, he was an International Business Development Specialist at Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd. Mr. Park holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts in Economics from George Mason University.

A geoscientist with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Andy Robinson has worked on a wide range of projects in the resource, power and energy sectors in Europe, Africa, and North and South America. Dr. Robinson hold a Ph.D. in Geochemistry from the University of Bristol, UK.

Mr. Gamoudi is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance in the energy sector. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SandRidge Energy, Inc. from April 2020 to September 2023.

Mr. Barman has nearly 20 years of experience advising senior executives and their boards, most recently as a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc. (formerly GMP Securities L.P.). While at Stifel, he advised on over 30 mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions with a combined value exceeding $22 billion. He also led or co-led over 80 public and private financings, raising more than $10 billion in equity and debt capital. Mr. Barman holds a Master of Financial Economics from the Rotman School of Management and the Department of Economics at the University of Toronto. He also earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto and received the C.L. Burton Open Scholarship for academic excellence.

Ross Lewis has over 45 years of experience in process engineering, mechanical engineering, materials handling systems design, project management, procurement and construction in projects around the globe. Mr. Lewis oversaw the procurement and construction of the LiSTR Demonstration Plant and is integral to the ongoing efforts to scale and commercialize the technology.

Mr. Ross is an environmental and water resources professional, and his background includes hydrology, hydrogeology, water quality, groundwater modeling, and water resources evaluation. He is Licensed as a Professional Geologist in California and Alberta.

His expertise extends to customer and stakeholder management, contract negotiation, financial planning, management of regulatory processes, budget management, strategy development, and complex decision-making, bolstered by a solid foundation in project management and consulting engineering. Jason has successfully overseen large teams, spanning up to 300 individuals across multiple geographical locations. With a comprehensive background as both a Process Engineer and Project Manager, Angus possesses invaluable expertise in executing projects on a global scale. Throughout his career, he has successfully led numerous initiatives across diverse regions, including Australia, Asia, the UK and North America.
